Job summary

You will follow MOD guidance, ensure proper temperatures and FIFO practices, and work to deliver high-quality meals to guests. Candidates should be at least 16 years old with prior restaurant or retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of proper sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and organization with attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction and execute team and company objectives.
• Knowledge of specs, cook times, plate presentation, etc.
• CSK/KDU/ticket order management system.

Responsibilities

• Prep and portion items according to Manager on Duty (MOD) guidance.
• Follow FIFO and fill-line procedures; use proper containers.
• Maintain sanitation, clean workstations, and proper waste handling.
• Portion items according to charts for each station.
• Track waste on Waste Sheet per company standard procedures.
• Maintain fryers and shortenings per rotation guidelines.
• Coordinate with Expo and other stations for quality, timing, and delivery.
