We are in search of passionate personalities to become the face of The Adolphus hotel’s iconic Rodeo Bar. This joint first opened in 1981 and served Dallasites and visitors for nearly four decades. We are now re-opening the Rodeo bar with a new menu, new vibe and back room for private gatherings while honoring the heart and soul of the original concept : “Texas grit and authenticity."
In search of a culinary enthusiast who knows that great food can take an experience from special to extraordinary and who has a strong desire to set that standard. A Kitchen Supervisor is meticulous and consistent with an eye for detail, a passion for creativity, and the desire to both learn and teach. This individual is comfortable leading and training others and assists the chefs with everything from opening and closing the kitchen to inventory and receiving.
