Job summary

The Adolphus in Dallas is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor who blends culinary passion with leadership to elevate guest experiences.

You will oversee opening and closing routines, manage kitchen team schedules, training and mentoring, and monitor food quality, safety and inventory. This is a part-time role with Makeready benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

In search of a culinary enthusiast who knows that great food can take an experience from special to extraordinary and who has a strong desire to set that standard. A Kitchen Supervisor is meticulous and consistent with an eye for detail, a passion for creativity, and the desire to both learn and teach. This individual is comfortable leading and training others and assists the chefs with everything from opening and closing the kitchen to inventory and receiving.
