Chateau Élan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to assist the Executive Chef in planning and managing kitchen operations, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with HEI standards.

The role requires 3–4 years kitchen leadership, post-secondary culinary training, strong communication, and cost control skills; hotel experience preferred. You will supervise production, training, and daily menus while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Post high school education in culinary field preferred.
• 3–4 years of employment in a related position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession; management of people and food/beverage operations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the production, preparation, and presentation of all foods for the hotel to ensure a quality, consistent product.
• Oversee kitchen HR: interview, schedule, train, develop, empower, coach and counsel employees; conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor sanitation and safety; ensure compliance with federal/state laws and brand standards.
• Control labor and food costs through scheduling and supervision; assist in menu planning and daily specials.
