SSA Group is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations at our San Antonio locations. You will lead a team, ensure daily prep, safety, and quality standards, and collaborate with the Executive Chef and Operations Manager to maintain guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Live out 452 Hospitality by delivering warm, welcoming experiences for guests.
• Ensure restaurant is adequately prepped and staffed for daily operation.
• Oversee kitchen duties to meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintain safety logs, including temperatures, rotation, and waste.
• Ensure proper uniform hygiene and glove use with staff.
• Support SSAfety training with knife handling skills.
• Create daily prep and item lists, delegating tasks.
• Assist operations to fill holes and ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleaning checklists and ongoing projects or menu planning.
• Coach associates and assign duties; monitor performance.
