Osage Casino Ponca City is seeking a diligent Dishwasher to support the Food & Beverage team. The role involves washing and sanitizing all equipment and utensils used in food preparation, maintaining clean work areas, and assisting cooks with storage and deliveries.

Candidates must be 18+, may require restaurant experience, and must pass a pre-employment drug screen as well as obtain and maintain an Osage Nation gaming license. Osage, Native American, and Veteran preference apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain an Osage Nation gaming license.
• Required to provide documents to show the applicant is eligible to work in the United States.
• Osage, Native American, and Veteran preference shall apply to all positions at Osage Casinos.
• Applicants must be able to perform all essential functions of job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Performs dishwashing and related duties to maintain sanitation of equipment and utensils used in food preparation.
• Maintains cleanliness of work areas, dishwashing machines, storage areas, and related facilities.
• Assists cooks and other staff with unloading deliveries and stocking supplies as needed.
• Operates safely and adheres to all local, state, and federal regulations related to food service and casino operations.
• Participates in team efforts and completes other duties as required by supervision.
