Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma required.
• Previous experience in stewarding preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, kitchens, food & beverage venues, and equipment.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen hoods, stoves, grills, ovens, broilers, kettles, and related equipment.
• Pick up and dispose of trash and cardboard in all kitchens and F&B venues.
• Wash, clean, and polish equipment to ensure it is ready for use.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in kitchens, back of house areas, and related spaces.
• Operate cleaning equipment and tools including dish machines and trash compactors.
