The Utility Porter at Fontainebleau Las Vegas cleans and sanitizes kitchen areas, maintains equipment, and disposes of trash across F&B venues. You will support dishwashing and sorting duties and assist with back-of-house cleanliness.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma, prior stewarding experience, and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends; a valid driver’s license is preferred.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma required.
• Previous experience in stewarding preferred.
• Ability to maintain a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Some experience with inventory controls and storeroom principles preferred.
• Ability to climb, stand on a ladder, and work overhead.
• Must complete safety training and certifications.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and departments.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills; able to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Work in a fast-paced, busy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, kitchens, venues, and equipment according to Health Department standards.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen hoods, stoves, grills, ovens, deep fryers, dishwasher machines, stainless steel counters, drains, etc.
• Pick up and dispose of trash and cardboard in all kitchens and venues.
• Wash, clean, and polish equipment to be ready for use.
• Clean entire kitchen areas including freezers, walk‑ins, walls, ceilings, hoods, fans, floors, and drains.
• Conduct inventory counts and fill requisitions as required.
• Follow Hazardous Material Management procedures for handling chemicals and SDS.
• Operate cleaning equipment and dish/ pot-washing stations.
• Assist with dish washing and sorting of dishes, silverware, and utensils.
• Participate in biohazard cleanup when assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas and related spaces.
