Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Steward to maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas, ensuring sanitation of equipment and workspaces. You will handle dishwashing, trash disposal, and basic inventory tasks within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and may involve working nights, holidays, and weekends with adherence to safety standards and HMMP procedures.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• Previous stewarding experience preferred.
• Ability to complete safety training and certifications to perform work tasks.
• Willingness to work nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and surrounding areas.
• Perform dish washing and pot washing and sanitize equipment and surfaces.
• Sort and clean dishes, silverware, glasses and utensils.
• Handle trash disposal and waste in all kitchens and F&B venues.
• Follow HMMP procedures and use Safety Data Sheets for chemicals.
• Assist with inventory counts and requisitions as needed.
