Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a Steward to maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and related areas. The role covers heavy dishwashing, inventory handling, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, prior stewarding experience, strong organizational and customer service skills, and the ability to work nights, holidays, and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma required
• Previous experience in stewarding preferred
• Some experience with inventory controls and systems, storeroom principles, and procurement processes are preferred
• The ability to complete appropriate safety training and certifications to perform work tasks
• Develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments
• Excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with guests, management, Members, and other outside contacts
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills; be able to function under time constraints and deadlines with attention to detail
• Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays, nights, and weekends
• Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment

Responsabilidades

• Dishwashing and pot washing, including cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and areas
• Sort and clean dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and assorted items
• Wash pots and pans
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, equipment, and work areas
• Dispose of trash and cardboard across kitchens and venues
• Ensure work area is clean, organized, and compliant with standards
• Operate dish machine, scrubbing station, and trash compactor
• Conduct inventory counts and fill requisitions as needed
• Follow HMMP procedures for handling chemicals and SDS
• Protect company tools and assets
• Adapt duties as needed
