Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle dishwashing and pot washing, including sanitation of equipment and areas.
• Sort, clean, and sanitize dishes, utensils, and glassware.
• Wash pots and pans; maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Sanitize kitchens, equipment, work surfaces, floors, and waste areas.
• Dispose of trash and cardboard in all kitchens and venues.
• Keep work areas organized and compliant with standards.
• Operate dish machines and cleaning equipment safely.
• Assist with inventory counts and requisitions as needed.
• Follow HMMP procedures for chemicals and safety data sheets.
• Protect company tools and assets per policy.
• Adhere to any added duties as required.
