Job summary

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes and clean equipment and sanitation procedures
• Set up dish machine for meal service and wash dishes; clean glasses and silverware
• Maintain cleanliness of pots and pans; clean storerooms and coolers
• Remove garbage and recycling; assist in cleaning projects
• Follow dress code and attend scheduled in-services
• Receive deliveries and rotate stock
