Job summary

Limelight Hotels in Mammoth Lakes, CA seeks a Steward/Prep Cook to support the restaurant team. You’ll clean, store, and prep dishes, assist with basic food preparation, and follow chef instructions to maintain a sanitary kitchen. Reports to the Executive Chef.

Seasonal full-time role with benefits including PTO, leave programs, employee ski pass, and other perks. Evening/weekend shifts required; prior kitchen experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• ServSafe or similar food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, stack, and clean all dishes properly.
• Store dishes and silver in designated locations.
• Set up cleaning area and ensure dish machine is ready.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and assist with cleaning tasks.
• Assist with storage of food deliveries and prep as directed.
• Follow chef specifications and daily prep list.
