Job summary

Limelight Hotels is hiring a Steward to clean and store flatware, silver, and kitchenware while assisting in basic food preparation. You will report to the Kitchen Manager and support daily operations.

The role pays $20.00–$24.00 per hour, with actual pay based on budget and experience. Applications accepted until September 6, 2026, with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
• ServSafe or similar food safety course certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stack all dishes properly.
• Store dishes and silver in the designated locations.
• Set up cleaning area and prepare dish machine.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment; assist with pre/post shift cleaning.
• Assist with storage of food deliveries and inventory.
• Follow safety signs and maintain clean kitchen areas.
• Disassemble and clean dishwasher before end of shift.
• Assist with preparing food items according to chef specifications.
• Follow daily preparation list to ensure items are ready for service.
