Job summary

Limelight Hotels in Ketchum, Idaho seeks a dedicated Steward to maintain clean and organized dishes, utensils and kitchen areas, assisting in food preparation as needed. You will report to the Chef de Cuisine and support the culinary team during service, nights, weekends and holidays.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred) and prior kitchen experience; ServSafe or similar certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• ServSafe or similar food safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stack all dishes properly.
• Store dishes and silver in the designated locations.
• Set up cleaning area: prepare dish machine, fill water tanks, start dish machine heating elements.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment; participate in pre/post shift cleaning.
• Assist with storage of food deliveries and prep items per chef specifications.
• Follow daily preparation list to ensure items are ready for service.
• Report any problems with food, kitchen equipment, or work area to Executive Steward.
