Job summary

Aspen Skiing Company is seeking a Steward to clean, store and prep kitchen items, supporting the restaurant team in a fast-paced alpine environment. You will maintain sanitation and assist with food preparation as requested, reporting to the Executive Steward.

The role requires ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Prior kitchen exposure and ServSafe certification are preferred to ensure high standards of food safety and service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
• ServSafe or similar food safety course certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and stack all dishes properly.
• Store dishes and silver in the designated locations.
• Set up cleaning area and run dish machine routines.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and assist with shift cleaning.
• Assist with storage of food deliveries and keep all areas organized.
