Job summary

Seneca Resorts & Casinos is seeking a Kitchen Worker to handle dishwashing prep, clean/organized kitchen areas, and equipment maintenance. You will set up the dishwashing station, wash and restock dishes, and ensure proper hygiene and safety across the kitchen area.

The role requires good communication, potential prior customer service experience, and the ability to work a 24-hour schedule with the team. Competitive entry wage and sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess good communication skills including the ability to read, write and speak effectively to employees as well as customers.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized kitchen areas.
• Prepare tableware for washing and load dishwasher racks.
• Wash and restock dishes and kitchen equipment; remove garbage and sweep/mop floors.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures and company policies.
