Saracen Casino Resort is seeking an entry-level team member to support the back-of-house kitchens across casino outlets. You will help maintain cleanliness and assist with routine tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and ensuring kitchen equipment is clean. Reading and following checklists is essential, along with maintaining a professional appearance and excellent communication with colleagues and supervisors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent high level of cleanliness and guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness of back of the house areas.
• Perform simple tasks such as sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and taking out trash.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is clean before and after use.
• Attend training meetings and follow Saracen Casino Resort policies.
