Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen, back dock, dumpster and utility areas.
• Heavy-duty cleaning of ovens, grills, sinks, walls, floors, and walk-in units.
• Wash, rinse, sanitize, sort, and store all pots, glasses, china, silver, and flatware.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of restaurant buffet and banquets.
