Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Steward to support our culinary team by cleaning and sanitizing pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen spaces in line with our standards for guest satisfaction.

The role requires operating the dish machine, maintaining sanitation, and adhering to safety, grooming, and hotel policies. Anticipated pay range is $24–$26 per hour with full benefits for eligible staff.

Responsibilities

• Operate dish machine and clean/sanitize pots, pans, and utensils.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen and food prep areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and assigned areas.
