Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years dishwashing experience, preferably in remote camp or hospitality.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Food safety certification and first aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishware, cookware, utensils, equipment and dining/kitchen areas.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and HACCP guidelines for proper dishwashing.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware and equipment thoroughly.
• Assist restocking of coolers and displays in dining areas.
• Operate and sanitize the mechanical dishwasher and ensure proper chemical levels.
• Assist in prep for salad bar and sandwich stations.
• Exceed guest needs with world-class customer service.
• Attend safety meetings and follow Target Hospitality procedures.
