Valor Hospitality Partners is hiring a kitchen dishwasher to maintain a clean, sanitary dish area and support restaurant operations. You will operate the dishwashing machine, load and unload dishes, and assist with polishing and staging service ware.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent or experience.
• Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred.
• Vision to read meters and controls.
• Dexterity to lift and move heavy racks and equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Careful handling of china and glassware.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize the dish area, keeping it orderly and sanitary.
• Load and operate the automatic dishwashing machine according to instructions.
• Unload, inspect, and stack clean dishes for staff use.
• Manually scrub pots, pans and other items as needed.
• Polish silver and stainless steel for presentable service ware.
• Maintain dishwashing equipment and report malfunctions.
• Keep floors and surfaces clean; mop and sweep as scheduled.
• Assist with other duties as needed by management.
