Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club is seeking a Steward to join our Culinary team. This role maintains a clean, sanitary kitchen by ensuring dishes, utensils, cookware, glassware, and equipment are properly cleaned and ready for service.

Reports to the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef, supporting overall kitchen operations. Key responsibilities include operating dishwashing equipment safely, assisting with daily tasks, and maintaining sanitation standards.

Competenze

• Experience with kitchen sanitation and food safety standards.
• Basic food preparation experience is a plus.
• Valid US driver's license required.
• Availability for weekends, holidays, and split shifts.

Mansioni

• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, and kitchen utensils.
• Assist kitchen staff with operational tasks as requested.
• Set up dishwasher and report maintenance issues to leadership.
• Remove trash and waste materials at the end of shift.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, floors, mats, and equipment.
