• Sort, store, and organize cleaned dishes and utensils for use.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify when inventory is low.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain waste areas.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a busy kitchen.
