Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all kitchen and food/beverage equipment, service areas, tableware, pots/pans, and storage areas so it is ready for use.
• Work with the Steward and Executive Steward to meet daily workload goals.
• Sweep and mop floors, clean floor mats and drains.
• Empty trash.
• Move and transport Food and Beverage equipment to requested locations.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
