Job summary

Qualifications

• Must read, write, understand, and communicate verbally in English.
• Attention to detail with ability to multitask and meet timelines.
• Knowledge of cleaning solutions and chemicals.
• Self-motivated with ability to motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate staffing of kitchen workers and stewards in anticipation of business.
• Clean, organize, and maintain all food & beverage equipment and service areas.
• Train, lead, develop, motivate, evaluate, coach, and discipline team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the department.
• Organize kitchen areas to meet high quality customer service expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
