• Clean, organize, and maintain all food & beverage equipment and service areas.
• Train, lead, develop, motivate, evaluate, coach, and discipline team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in all areas of the food & beverage department.
• Organize kitchen areas and staff to meet high quality service expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
