Job summary

Mesquite Entertainment is seeking a Kitchen Worker to clean and maintain all kitchen areas and equipment, including hoods and grills. You will work with the Steward team to complete daily workload goals, keep floors and drains clean, and ensure a safe, sanitary environment for guests.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean, organize, and maintain all kitchen and food/beverage equipment, service areas, tableware, pots/pans, and storage areas.
• Work with Steward and Exec. Steward to meet daily workload goals.
• Sweep and mop floors, clean floor mats and drains.
• Empty trash.
• Clean and transport equipment to requested locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
