Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking a Steward / Dishwasher in our Food and Beverage department. The role supports safety and cleanliness across assigned areas, working as part of a collaborative team to ensure high standards of guest service.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning, waste management, maintaining cold storage, and assisting with dish operations. Occasional nights, weekends, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow verbal and written directions.
• Must be able to work with industrial cleaning supplies.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to successfully multi-task several duties at one time.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors; cleans walls and floor mats.
• Removes refuse; maintains loading dock area in order.
• Picks up trash in kitchen and loading dock area.
• Maintains walk-in refrigerators and storage areas.
• Participates in dish area operations; rewashs items not cleaned.
• Follows safety and sanitation policies; reports issues to Manager.
• May work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
