Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors; cleans walls and floor mats.
• Removes refuse; cleans trash containers and loading dock area.
• Picks up trash in kitchen and loading dock area.
• Maintains walk-in refrigerators.
• Cleans storage areas, tools, equipment, carts and other areas as directed.
• Participates in dish area operations; returns items not adequately cleaned for a second wash.
• Changes and disposes of grease.
• Maintains safety awareness and reports incidents to Manager on Duty.
• Assists fellow associates as needed.
• Reports maintenance problems to Manager on Duty.
• Follows company policies, safety and sanitation procedures; ensures compliance.
• May work nights, weekends, and/or overtime.
• Additional tasks may be assigned by the manager.
