Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented janitorial associate to ensure safety and cleanliness across assigned areas. You will collaborate with team members to maintain hygiene and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include floor care, trash removal, kitchen and loading dock housekeeping, and upkeep of refrigeration and storage areas. Flexibility for evenings or weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow verbal and written directions.
• Must be able to work with industrial cleaning supplies.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to successfully multi-task several duties at one time.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps and mops floors; cleans walls and floor mats.
• Removes refuse; cleans trash containers; maintains loading dock area.
• Picks up trash in kitchen and loading dock area.
• Maintains walk-in refrigerators.
• Maintains cleanliness of storage areas, tools, equipment, carts and related areas.
• Participates in dish area operations; returns items not cleaned for a second wash.
• Changes and disposes of grease.
• Maintains safety awareness; notifies Manager of incidents; files reports.
• Assists fellow associates as needed.
• Reports maintenance problems to Manager on Duty.
• Follows company policies, safety and sanitation procedures.
• May work nights, weekends, and/or overtime.
• Additional tasks may be assigned or revised by the Manager.
