Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a motivated individual to support dishwashing and general kitchen duties in a fast-paced venue environment.

The role involves cleaning dishes and utensils, maintaining clean work areas, stocking supplies, and assisting with inventory and transportation of food and equipment throughout the venue. Candidates should have at least 1 year in a high-volume kitchen, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• 1 year’s experience in a high-volume kitchen area.
• Excellent customer service.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Extended hours including late nights, weekends and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, obtain supplies and equipment as requested per venue.
• Ensures that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly.
• Ensures that requisitions are delivered in a timely manner.
• Assist with emptying pallets and stocking storeroom and side stations.
• Set up and maintain a clean, neat and safe work area.
• Wash all china, glass and silverware.
• Clean all equipment, pots and pans.
• Store all equipment in proper locations.
• Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Transport food and equipment throughout venue.
