Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen are essential. Flexible hours and teamwork are required to excel in this role.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous stewarding, dishwashing, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper chemical handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to safely operate commercial dishwashing equipment and cleaning tools.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain clean dishes, cookware, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely while meeting sanitation standards.
• Clean kitchen floors, walls, and workstations across shifts.
• Remove trash and maintain waste disposal areas.
• Support Culinary team by supplying clean dishes during peak times.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, safety, and environmental standards.
