Responsibilities

• Operate dish machine to clean and sanitize wares.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and other areas.
• Collect and dispose of trash to the hotel dumpster.
• Support Employee Cafeteria service as directed.
• Store clean wares securely to prevent breakage.
• Follow safety, sanitation and grooming standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
