Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
• Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment.
• Adhere to sanitation guidelines and safety regulations.
• Assist cooks and servers when necessary.
• Dispose of waste per hotel standards and recycling guidelines.
• Clean and sanitize dishes and utensils after use.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, and equipment.
• Report maintenance or hazard issues to stewarding manager.
