Job summary

Stonebridge is seeking a dedicated Steward in Atlanta, GA to ensure the orderly flow of china, glassware, silver, and related equipment while maintaining sanitation in line with health regulations and hotel policy.

The role supports all outlets and banquets by supplying necessary items and keeping the kitchen, pantry, and storage areas clean and organized for daily operations and events.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or stewarding role is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and safety procedures in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to operate dishwashing machines and other kitchen cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Washes and sanitizes dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, pantry, and storage areas.
• Ensures the proper handling and storage of all kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Monitors the dishwashing machine for proper cleaning and sanitation.
• Assists in transporting food and equipment to banquet and dining areas as needed.
• Follows health department regulations and hotel standards for cleanliness and safety.
