Zusammenfassung

Stein Collection is seeking a Steward for our Park City kitchens. This role ensures the cleanliness of the kitchen operation across the Bistro, Conference Center, Bake Shop and Main Kitchen, following the schedule set by the chef.

You'll maintain chemical storage, sanitize silver, organize dishes, and support the team with basic prep chores. The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods in a busy environment.

Qualifikationen

• Participate in all cleaning projects.
• Maintain chemical storage and proper usage of chemicals.
• Sanitize and polish silver on regular schedule determined by chef.
• Properly organize all dishes and glassware in proper racks.
• Maintain all dishmachines on a regular schedule.
• Empty trash regularly.
• Sweep and mop areas as necessary, directed by chef.
• Maintain grease traps and log in journal.
• Polish silver as assigned.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds.
