Job summary

Warwick Hotels and Resorts is seeking a part-time Steward/Dishwasher at our Chicago location to clean, transport, and store china, silverware, glassware, and pots and pans across hotel kitchens and banquet areas. You will help maintain sanitation and stock to support opening shifts and events.

The role requires basic culinary support tasks, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and flexibility to work varying shifts in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Requires good communication skills.
• Must possess basic computational ability.
• Basic knowledge of banquet set-up.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots and pans.
• Transporting Food to and from Banquet areas.
• Ensure adequate supplies for openings of shifts in kitchens.
• Sanitation and cleanliness of kitchens and food prep areas including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, tables and floors.
• Attend scheduled trainings and meetings; comply with hotel rules.
