Job summary

Remington Hospitality is seeking a kitchen staff member to support dishwashing and general cleanliness in the restaurant’s kitchen. You will operate and maintain the dish machine, wash glasses and dishes, and ensure the area remains neat and sanitized throughout the shift.

The role includes assisting in banquet plating when needed, following MSDS safety guidelines, and handling trash and spills promptly to maintain a safe work environment. Previous kitchen experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen sanitation and safety practices.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and MSDS protocols.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use established guidelines to correctively utilize and maintain dish machine.
• Wash pots and pans only in the pot washer's area.
• Ensure cleaning is performed to keep the kitchen neat and clean at all times, including sweeping up broken glass/dishes and mopping spills.
• Empty full and heavy trash cans; spray and sanitize after each use; replace bags in containers.
• Follow all MSDS protocols and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties in the kitchen, including assisting with plating banquet events when needed.
