Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Maintain a warm, friendly demeanor with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in kitchens, back dock, and storage areas.
• Heavy cleaning of ovens, grills, sinks, floors, and equipment.
• Wash pots, pans, and utensils following proper sanitation procedures.
• Sweep and mop floors in food and beverage areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean china, glass, and silver.
• Assist with setup/breakdown of restaurant buffet and banquets.
