A premier Nashville hotel is seeking a Kitchen Steward to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and service areas. Responsibilities include washing dishes, maintaining dish station readiness, supporting restaurant operations, and assisting with basic food prep. Ideal candidates should be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights. This role provides a growth opportunity towards Prep Cook duties. Qualifications

• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable moving throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes and utensils.
• Maintain dish station cleanliness and readiness.
• Collect used plates from hotel floor landings.
• Support the restaurant team with cleaning and stocking.
• Set up and break down comp service.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as assigned.
