Qualifications

• Physical Demands: Continuous standing; lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sanitation of the kitchen and follow proper sanitation procedures.
• Set up dishmachine for meal service; wash dishes and clean glasses.
• Maintain cleanliness of pots, pans and organize storerooms/coolers.
• Remove garbage and recycle products from kitchen.
• Assist manager and cooks with special cleaning projects.
• Follow department dress code; wear provided uniform and hairnets.
• Receive deliveries and rotate stock in storeroom and coolers.
• Attend scheduled in-services.
