Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor in King of Prussia to oversee kitchen operations, ensure top-quality food and service, and lead a fast-paced restaurant team. The role carries a $20.00 hourly rate with a $2.00 premium for overnight shifts.

You will work closely with chef leadership and other departments to maintain high standards, manage orders and deliveries, and support stock and equipment safety. This position offers full- and part-time hours with room for growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Collaborate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure top service quality.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure budget guidelines are followed.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is safe and functional.
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefings with staff.
• Uphold operating and quality standards.
• Provide professional and ethical leadership.
• Participate in training and coaching for restaurant employees.
