Responsibilities

• Own assigned kitchen shifts, ensuring safe, clean prep and inventory practices.
• Ensure all orders are prepared on time and meet quality standards.
• Lead and delegate tasks to Kitchen Operations Associates and Shift Coordinators.
• Coach team on food safety, cleanliness, and execution standards.
• Partner with DashMart Shift Leads and Site Leadership to stay aligned with operations.
• Support facility standards and contribute ideas to improve workflows.
• Foster a collaborative “One Team” culture within the facility.
