DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Shift Lead to oversee shift-level kitchen execution within a shared DashMart facility.

You will lead Kitchen Operations Associates and Shift Coordinators to ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and accurate order fulfillment. You’ll collaborate with DashMart site leadership and other teams to maintain smooth operations, drive efficiency, and uphold operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen operations or grocery leadership.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments.
• Strong focus on food safety, cleanliness, and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned kitchen shifts, ensuring execution of standards.
• Oversee Kitchen Operations Associates and Shift Coordinators during shift.
• Ensure all orders are prepared accurately, on time, and meet quality standards.
• Coach team on food safety, cleanliness, and operational execution.
• Collaborate with DashMart site leadership to align kitchen and warehouse operations.
• Suggest ideas to improve workflows and site performance.
• Foster a collaborative One Team environment within the facility.
