The role requires strong leadership, familiarity with F&B equipment, and the ability to train and develop team members in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must have strong leadership and supervision experience in a high-volume hotel/banquet setting.
• Knowledge of health codes, FDA, OSHA, and gaming regulations as they apply to stewarding and food service.
• Experience with inventory controls, procurement, and storeroom operations preferred.
• Ability to develop and mentor team members and manage under a union environment if applicable.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day stewarding operations under the direction of the Banquets Stewarding Manager.
• Generate and manage daily assignment and area schedules and assign tasks.
• Maintain cleaning programs and ensure area inspections and audits are conducted.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance across stewarding areas.
• Lead staff training and development and administer corrective action when needed.
