Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Dexterity to operate food machinery and equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs on a continuous basis.
• Effective verbal and written communication; adapt style to audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipes and standards.
• Date and rotate perishables; check supplies and par levels.
• Set up plans to control food costs and waste; assist in maintaining buffet.
