Qualifications

• Hotel kitchen experience is helpful.
• Dexterity to operate food machinery.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to recipe cards and standards.
• Start ahead items to avoid over/under production.
• Date and rotate perishables; keep temps proper.
• Check pars; keep buffet stocked and stocked.
• Store unused items with cover and date.
• Assist in controlling food cost and waste.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment.
• Be reliable and able to work shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
