Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Dexterity to operate food machinery with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production standards.
• Start food items prepared ahead of time without over-preparing.
• Date and rotate perishables per HEI Hotels and Resorts standards.
• Check pars for shift use; assist in keeping buffet stocked.
• Return unused food to storage with proper date labeling.
• Assist in controlling food costs and waste per standards.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment.
• Adhere to attendance rules and be available regularly.
