Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Dexterity to operate food machinery with or without assistance.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production standards.
• Start items prepared ahead of time and date/rotate perishables.
• Assist in set up and upkeep of buffet and station areas.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment including fryers, ovens, steamers, and mixers.
• Adhere to HEI Hotels and Resorts standards for food safety and waste reduction.
